Those punches aren't weak, they are fast, clean, and powerful
You take one like that in the jaw you're done
And as a matter of fact, he ruined the other guy just with his jab, and there's nothing he could do against that
And it's not as if he only knows the jab
Let's be honest, you wouldn't take a fight against him, let alone prevail
> The hand you punch with should ALWAYS be powered by the opposite leg.
The punch isn't "powered" by the opposite leg, as in push on your leg to power your punch
The punch is powered by the weight transfer of the whole body
On a hook from the rear arm (right) for instance, the lead leg (left) acts as counter/stopper, so you don't get dragged too far forward by your own punch and land flat on your face as a result

I wouldn't look for a fight against anyone. It would be interesting, I use my whole body as a weapon. If it's just fists, with rules, then I'd probably lose, he's much bigger, if there's no rules, then things change, because I can do anything.

It's leverage. Your leg is a lever, your thigh is a lever, your waist is a lever, your back, your shoulder and elbow are levers, if you crank down on all the levers the force is multiplied at the output point.
When you swing a bat, or a golf club, the power comes the same way.
It's counter intuitive, 99% of people's striking technique amounts to leaning into the punch thinking it adds power. This is fine if you want to be weak.
Why in God's name would anyone trust a coward about how to fight?
I agree, which is why no one will listen to you.
