I've never had a fight where I wanted to kill anyone, I will say that. I've never taken it past self defense, except for the first fight, that one was ego, and I paid the price. I learned from that one fight that your ego makes you weak, you have to chip away at it, put it in its place or it'll poison you.

As if this was really a concern when shit hits the fan and you go all in to get a chance at saving your ass

It's an after thought eventually, "what if..."

The me of today could have won that fight, easy. I wouldn't have it any other way though, that painful lesson was important to me.
