Why can't I reply to a comment in under 2 minutes because "ahlgoorhithums" but i can be band from 20 subs in one minute? Note: idgaf about the subs I've never heard of, just wondering how the algorithms work here, and what is deemed spam and not spam.

I can't speak to the code, but it just sounds like 2 different algorithms with different purposes acting independently based on the input

We did not invent the algorithm. The algorithm consistently finds Jesus. The algorithm killed Jeeves. The algorithm is banned in China. The algorithm is from Jersey. The algorithm constantly finds Jesus. This is not the algorithm.

There doesnt have to be a correlation between the datapoints you have mentioned at all.
