Exactly. I've worked my way up to a job that pays a lot more than I ever thought I could make for what I do. The funny part is, when I applied and put my work history, 3 of my old jobs called me trying to get me to come back. Of course when I asked them to match pay they couldn't, but it was comforting to know i have multiple jobs to fall back on and know I have good references for possible future prospects.
