Over July 4th weekend, I was at an outdoor party. I got a lot of mosquito bites, which is prompting this question.

I've notice that in recent years that the bites are causing much larger swellings (~inch diameter), and also cause a minuscule amount of pus to crust up over the bite. This has been happening for a few years. I do not remember this happening ten plus years ago.

Is it an age thing because I am older? If not, do any of you older folks recall when it would be just a tiny bump that would itch a bit and nothing more? Am I retard for even asking this question?

E: Also, the crusty pus thing did not happen ten plus years ago either by my recollection.

if you havent ben bite in awhile your body is reacting more , that is all. get a few million bites your body will stop reacting

I don't think that is it. I go outside a lot in parks to walk and get bit every so often all this spring and summer. I just happened to get murdered this past weekend standing mostly still outside.

I have to agree with you. I'm in the north east and I remember them the same as you. But now when my children get bit it's like a hard large lump and looks much differently than in the 90s. In the 90s it was small and pretty darn itchy.

I'm Philly, so NE US. Yeah. Something seems potentially odd.

You may have been bitten by the dread 'yellow fly' https://entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/livestock/yellow_fly.htm

In Florida ...

Unless the fuckers made it up to Philly, not likely.

But thanks for looking out!

I think there is some sort of weaponization of insects going on. I live on the west coast, the deer ticks are way worse than they were a few years ago, same with sand flea, normal fleas, and there are other pests that have become more common. Something is definitely rotten in Denmark.

That could be accounted for due to the local weather changes, which supposedly the West Coast is going through heavily. I was looking for effects. Only one person agreed with me so far. So I think I might be off.

Cheers though!

Yeah I dunno. Insects have certainly and historically been a part of biological warfare. I honestly kind of think that's how they're going to kill all of us. The vaccine thing is smoke, but its killing people too.

They have released genetically modified mosquitos, in conjunction with the jab is a bad thing.

Bill Gates is fucking with mosquitoes so maybe you're a test subject like the vaxxers

I do have the Windows 7 itch.

Might just be you or maybe your region. Mine seem normal. Sometimes if you don’t catch the mosquito and It has time to sit there and suck for a while it’ll be a lot bigger.

oh, like Anticlutch?

Don't eat bannanas. They contain an enzyme most (all?) humans cannot digest and breakdown. The enzym is excreted directly through the pores of your skin and attracts them. Second, drink tonic water on days you know you will be out around them. It is likely to significantly decrease reaction to the female's bite.

Bananas are good for when you work out however. Don't be a skinny pushover and let the mosquitoes win

Bananas are great for after drinking. And , I want all the Bromelain ... I think. Bananas are wonderful. I refuse to accept any argument to the contrary.

[–] 1 pt

Hangovers suck, partially because of magnesium deficiency. Nanners are high in magnesium.

[–] 1 pt

Bromelain helps to increase production of T.

[–] 0 pt

Nans contain Bromelain, soyboy.

Bromelain

Pineapple is a superior source. Everything else is easily sourced from other sources. Absolutely silly anyone would around mosquitos would knowingly eat bannans.

Thanks. No insult, but the reason I'm asking folks on Poal is because I don't trust anything the media has to say anymore. Or "science."

I trust the average man now.

Yeah. I been following mosquito news off and on because I'm workin outside a lot now and I'm next to a river, I can say that info is legit and current with the trend.

The Eastern Equine Encephalitis virus has a high human kill rate in the Northeast, and two new species of mosquito coming out of Florida for 48 total. I havent seen any mention of field strains in the West becoming resistant to pyrethroids. Oh shit, India just got 14 cases of Zika virus, their first.

I dabbled in some mosquito pest control, and its damn near impossible to eradicate: theyre tiny dark nocturnal flyers that appear as quickly as they disappear. First idea, best idea: repellents! Thats really the best "control" because theres no way I'm going to implement larvicide, and I can't spray pesticide Everywhere, not because of disapproval because of muh birds and bees, but because it would require a chemical-resistant suit and it would kill off arachnids in the area that I want for insect control.

"Most people infected with West Nile don’t have any symptoms, while about 1 in 5 have flu-like symptoms and fewer than 1% of people develop serious neurological problems such as encephalitis or meningitis, health officials said. People age 50 or older and those with diabetes or hypertension are at higher risk of getting sick and developing complications, authorities said." https://apnews.com/article/health-california-west-nile-virus-9e473cfbdb1dc11fc3a6dc16271cc2a9

Multiple enemies, multiple fronts. Time is also an enemy. Life aint gettin better with time.

I believe all this shit is killing ...

... muh birds and bees ...

... and it would kill off arachnid ...

I really like spiders as well.

Regarding the other stuff. Eat healthy, exercise, be strong, and stay White. Only pussies die from disease. Okay, maybe not, but that is my shit argument.

Mosquito OS upgrade. They are no more real than birds. or you could just be getting old and weak from fapping too much I am like older than you and got two bee stings and the wife didn't believe me because she couldn't see anything and one was right above my eye.

Bees generally do avoid high testosterone because it taints the honey.

I get the tiny bite reaction where I grew up, and the big 1" bite reaction when visiting my inlaws in a different part of the country. My body is kind of immune to the locals, but the foreign mosquitos cause a quite different reaction.

[–] 0 pt

Okay, thanks. I haven't moved. Maybe different mosquitoes moved into and around Philly.

We notice where we are we have many different waves of mosquito types, each with their own effects. The tiny no see ums that leave a small bump, the wispy black and white ones that hurt like they were born in poison ivy the mid season medium sized that the bump is medium but lasts several days... hate them all. It could also be auto immune related, as the more I learn about our auto immune systems and apply that to our lives and those around me the more I realize we may have been better off living primitive away from the medical industry and governments as they have been the primary disease causer for a long time.

If you have the time, this is an incredibly informative lecture from a doctor who has managed to unravel the puzzle of people’s otherwise unknown and debilitating diseases, all caused by viruses , many of them injected.

Bookmarked the video because I am ready to go to sleep.

While I am extremely cautious of non-mainstream material, the title seems correct right off the bat. I've argued that humanity is going downhill due to protectiveness, for lack of a better word at my drunken moment.

Let the peanut dying kids die. I haven't been to a doctor in over twenty years. I'm willing to die. Fuck pharmacies. Unless I'm going to die right now at this second, don't operate on me. My stupid, drunken view.

I will watch that video when I am sober.

Thanks!
