There's no 2FA on poal and we aren't interested in your phone number.

2FA can be done with an App such as Enpass Password manager or a email with a logon code.

Using just a userid and password for authentication nowadays is not as secure as we would like.

Are there any plans to deploy 2FA here on Poal?

Using just a userid and password for authentication nowadays is not as secure as we would like.

The weak link is located between the keyboard and the chair.

Just use a strong password and you'll be fine.

No plan and not necessary.

While strong passwords are a good solution, modern social networks need to be using 2FA to protect user accounts.

Gab, Minds, Bitchute are all using 2FA.

What's the reasoning on not using 2FA?

Yeah - I wouldn't consider SMS 2FA to be real 2FA. Poal could really use OTP 2FA though..
