They are decent enough honestly, but they make a lot of boise with their four wheelers in the evening and during the day when I sleep. I don’t know what breed it is honestly. It’s an asshole type of dog, though. A big black territorial dog that likes to bark incessantly. None of the neighbors control their dogs barking up here and everyone has one.
The neat thing about correlation is its predictive value, and for whatever reason the person's class level is almost always inversely related to their noise level. That's why niggers are so loud and civilized white neighborhoods are so quiet. If your neighbor is always shitting up the neighborhood with noise, they're almost guaranteed to be nigger-tier in all other respects.
Another thing I've noticed, in suburbia anyway, is that if they have more than 3 vehicles parked outside, they're almost always nigger-tier (and correspondingly noisy).
How does this help you? If they're these things, talking with them first will probably do more harm than good by alerting them to who's bothered by their nigger-tier antics. If they're that type I would never even let on that I was bothered. I might even say something in passing like, "It's so neat that you can let sparky out at night to be free and he comes back alright. The wife and I love when he stops by the house." Since they probably have cameras, or a neighbor, I wouldn't do anything that can be seen. Unfortunately that probably only leaves using your county/city animal control against them.
