I think they melt the end of a tooth brush and fashion it into a shiv. Bonus points for covering it with poo so the victim dies of blood poisoning. Not sure about teefs though. That's a whole different level.

I once made a shiv out of belly-button lint and nose dirt. Sold it for two packs of cigarettes and a pet rat. Wish I'd kept it, though. That rat beat the crap out of me in the middle of the night and stole my cigarettes.

You have to grind them down to powder, mix ash and water to reharden them. Maybe add metal filings if you can get them. Mold them wait three days then use concrete to sharpen. Science bitch!
