Back in 2010, when you looked up conspiracies on Youtube, Aside from the 2012 end of the world and the return of Nibiru/Planet-X, there were plenty of videos about the dangers of fluoridated water. With all the stuff going on, I haven't seen anyone mention fluoride in nearly a decade. There are books published on this subject.

Do any of you have any insights on this? Have any of you made the effort to avoid dietary fluorine? Have you noticed any improvement in cognitive ability or any other aspect of life?

I cannot attest to the negative side effects of fluorine in the water supply but know full well that the act of contaminating the water supply is unnecessary and bullshit.

Hopefully you are adding electrolytes back in. Distilled water alone can deplete you faster by absorbing them from your body.

Nope, haven't done it and don't need to. I eat food so I'm all good.

Distilled water actually enhances mineral absorption. There are a million articles about it if you just do a simple search

Edit: have you not learned yet that literally everything “they” Tell you about health is basically the opposite of the truth? Or do you still believe that egg yolks are bad for you, fat is bad for you, and the food pyramid is legit?
