Depends on the wine, really. The pink blends and milder whites can be ok. It's hoppy beers that I really hate. Blue cheese tastes like puke, but again-milder forms can be ok. Not a huge fan of coffee and bitter citruses, but overall I'm not too picky. I can pretty accurately name every ingredient and spice that goes into a dish.
The aldehydes in coriander and cilantro taste like industrial solvent, but that's more due to having the gene that allows the taste of them.

So damn similar. I do like cilantro though. It is just at the edge of tasting like soap but not enough to overpower the flavor.
