Referring to the saline conspiracy. It's about the only way to explain why some people get horrible debilitating side effects while other people have no side effects whatsoever. No need to track each vial. Probably come in their own boxes that are identical except for the RFID tag. They probably hope they get mixed in with the saline, but I've seen clusters so it probably doesn't always happen.
