I bought my first house a year ago at 26. I am founding my own company this year. I went from making $12.50/hr at Walmart to $40/hr freelancing.
Physically I am attractive and on the lower end of average weight. I'm trying to tone my body and got up to being able to do 20 or so push-ups on my knees in a row. Thats okayish for a female I'd say. When I played varsity basketball I was able to do more like 50 real ones with no problem. I'm trying to get back there.
I'm lacking a bit in friends and family though. Probably gonna start on kids once the new year starts, but it'll likely be done alone. Too hard to find a guy for me and the last one wasted over two years of my life. I don't have that time anymore.
All in all I'd say I'm about a 7 out of 10 with where I am in life. Slowly crawling my way up there as I go.
How would you rate your life in those areas?
I'm just glad a woman is on here.
My income is weird. I flip houses so one year I sold one and made 150k the next year didn't make much of anything. But I'm selling 3 condos and will be totaly debt free with close to 350k in the bank if they sell for what they should sell for. I have a 6k sq foot warehouse I'm converting to condos as well, if everything goes to plan on that will make between 350k and 500k or 200k and keep two for rentals..
Also have 2 rentals brining in 1800 a month.
So financially I'm doing good.
I played college basketball I'm 6 2 185.. in good shape 46 still think I'm good looking but obviously being older some people would debate that. LoL been told I look kinda like Mathew McCaughey.
To bad your not in Texas I would 100% be your donar for having tall athletic white kids. Everyone in my family has colored eyes green blue or hazel<<< me
Keep working out keep looking for the right guy their are still some good ones.. try the beartaria app it's a bunch of redpilled off grid moral people they have a singles section. It cost money so be warned but it's super cheap.
If I had 2 white kids I'd give my self a 9 out of 10... ohhh and if my properties had already sold and I was debt free. So for now I'm giving my self a 6.5
