That requires years of training and not most women want to do that. Besides, i think brute force and strikes from an average male would overcome a tiny woman that is not an experiences practitioner.
In BJJ there's no striking, so you put that same 90lb female in an MMA bout against an average 160ish male and she's gonna have an extremely hard time surviving his punches and kicks.
I agree 100% I don’t think a 5ft woman will be able to handle an average male being hyper aggressive at all. Even if she is well trained. Size difference and strength difference puts her at a major disadvantage.
Being in that class and experiencing the difference training makes, I can tell you she and another old little teacher guy wiped the floor with everyone, including the brutes, ex military and cops in the class. Without looking like they were trying. Some of the advanced students could hold their own for a bit, but would always lose.
She would need great skill and just make sure that if she gets a lock in, she breaks the limb or puts the guy to sleep, she won't get a 2nd chance.
Were her opponents going in ready to hurt her? No.
The guys she was 'fighting' were not actually trying to rape/hurt/kill her.
Maybe true, but they didn’t hold back. She was wicked. Training is a massive force multiplier.
Uh-huh...and when she's being attacked for REAL by a nigger that actually wants to hurt her, the adrenaline and panic will cause her to forget her training, and seek flight.
Women should all carry pistols, and shoot at niggers, I mean paper targets, at least once a week. And by that I mean, women should not leave the home unless accompanied by an adult male family member. They should both be armed. Blacks, of course, should not be allowed to carry weapons. In fact, they should all be put on a leaky boat back to Africa.
