Just sort of dawned on me - I was thinking "yeah defund the police so they (the previously employed police) can then become private security or even neighborhood security. Then I thought how they could sort of band together and form a private security entity in place of police.

Then I realized that maybe this whole defund the police movement's end goal is to get rid of anyone possibly against becoming a leftist brownshirt.. Maybe they're purging so as to fill the ranks with leftist supporters?

Yes, you are correct. Same with all the woke shit in the military. It's a soft purge, make all the politically unreliable elements quit or retire.

Agreed. Also consider that in order to create a new society, you must first tear down the old one. Racism prevents equality. Police represent the old society keeping order. Remove all remnants of the old society. Mayhem will ensue. Then the elites can rush in with their army to control the masses willingly. There are always multiple facets to the agenda.

The goal of defund the police is to implement a federal police. It's what commie do.

The left has taken every institution in the US, the only one left that is leaning republican is the police. It's their way of cleaning the slate to take it over. They are not really subtle about it.

You've more or less got it. The left is trying to get rid of the present police so that it can replace them with its own liberal fascists, who will wink at black crime and instead target white people. It did this with state and federal judges, and with top officers in the Pentagon. It did this with the leadership of the FBI. Now its trying to replace city police forces.

AmericanThinker had an opinion article about this. They were suggesting that the left would replace the local police with a federal police force. Local cops live locally, and people can find out where they live. Federal police could live anywhere and won't care about the local people.
