Is there a way to fold a tarp or something? I have a few of them.

It really just needs to be leak proof and strong enough to hold about 50 lbs... i will only need a few of them.

I've used plastic rolls before. you can just spin everything up in a roll and fold up the edges.. i suppose a tarp would be somewhat the same
