I have an opportunity to move there and make significantly more money. I looked at the demographics and there are not many niggers but tons of taco niggers. Also it's fucking California so I am assuming all the Whites are faggots. I hear the weather is perfect all year and that's a big draw for me. I don't know if it's worth it.

Cost of living is 2-5x more there. Is your salary in line with this? Also, ask yourself why they are looking outside the local talent pools. There's a reason they can't find people.
