So seriously, how do you claim it to be 'pre-meditation' for the Millars then, when they already have their firearms in their hands (not leaving and coming back) - while douche is caught on video to then begin loudly threatening to kill them - and they just stand their ground until douche presumably charges towards them (we can't see) and hurls the baseball bat at them?? ....
