I just got harassed by a cop for having a milk crate I found on the street. Some cops care. And, no, it's still trespassing and illegal dumping. You think I can just go and sit in someone's car if they leave it unlocked?
JFC Are you serious ??. It's not trespassing when the alley is open access public property. It's not 'illegal dumping' - its a discarded mattress placed in a paid for city approved dumpster, again its not a criminal act - its a civil issue of city ordinance policy. Sitting in someone else's car uninvited is 'trespassing' into private property.. Putting rubbish into an approved garbage collection container is not 'trespassing' nor 'illegal' as defined by criminal code/ law violations. If you are so adamant its 'illegal' show me the law being violated. Plus Why are you bringing up nonsense 'whatboutism's' about a fcking car, instead of discussing the actual topic at hand ??.
It is not their property. They are not allowed to molest or use it for their own purposes. This is simple property law. If someone parks their car on the street and you climb right on in it's still trespassing. You can't go to the city dump an jut dump whatever you please whenever you want. That's illegal dumping. You are plainly ignorant.
Lmao, we already understand 'sitting is someone else's car uninvited is trespassing'. The point you're missing is not understanding the difference between civil and criminal, or rather 'criminal law code violations vs City policy and ordinance violations'. Show us the 'illegal dumping law' that putting rubbish in someone else's bin is 'illegal' as defined by 'criminal code law violations'. 'Illegal dumping laws' are a set of policy and procedures on City/ Local jurisdiction level and Federal level that regulate where, when and what can and can not be dumped. It's not 'illegal' to discard a mattress in a paid for city approved dumpster. Its nigger behaviour to put a mattress in your neighbors dumpster without permission and to then publicly and loudly 'chimp out' when the neighbors say 'fck outer here'. Its a civil issue and not 'illegal conduct', you're dumb.
What the fck are you talking about - i'm not disputing a parked car being private property or defending some idiot using someone else's dumpster - you're all over the place and the the one thats taking up for this clown arguing the Millars 'pre-meditated brandishing their weapons' when what they did was clearly within their rights .....
