When you leave that bank make sure you tell them in detail why you left. Letting these assholes know it will cost them money is the only way this bullshit will stop.

Same bank here, and they have gone to total shit in the last year, service wise and online banking. I saw the same fucking message on Saturday when they 'OHHH CLOSED FOR TEH NIGGERTEENTH' message. Like, they had to just slap it in your face not even 24 hours after pedo Joe signed some random piece of paper.
If you can, maybe try USAA (if you are previous military, or whatnot). They are 'ok', but I get better rates than USBank. Or, as others have said, get yourself into a credit union if you can. They can be restrictive as to members, but if your credit is good, you should be ok.
Also, look at the USBank logo/symbol. Looks like a house that is 'upside=down', or maybe....'underwater'. Fuck them. Leave them and don't look back. I started my process of removing money this last Sat and getting it somewhere else a little more secure.

Both have free bundled checking/savings account where you have to have like $10 in the savings to keep both open...a far cry from the outrageous amount required by banks for free checking (which ain't really free if you look into the fine print). The only unusual requirement of both is that you have to have proof of residency in the area, although some credit unions are more specialized.
As for the bad, both are 'woke', and heavily courting the skunkapes. All credit unions around here are like that. Could just be the area (Commifornia, Bay Area), but I suspect most, if not all credit unions are this way.

Yeap. Credit union. Bonus, I finance my cars through my CU also, they pretty much rubber stamp anything i ask them for. Also they have a good phone app, and local people that speak English answer the phone that LIVE in my community. Mind blown.
