If you're unlucky, you essentially have a very expensive, down under mortgage. But recently, the housing prices come off as slavery. These clearly 250,000 housing units are being sold for 500 or more, and its like how the fuck does anyone afford this stuff?

Vancouver Canada priced its locals out of any fucking future anywhere within 3 hours of the tri-cities area.

The cunts that oversaw this 2001-2015 housing price increase should be held accountable that rich foreigners will be the only new entrants to the housing market there.

Capitalism should have a fucking limit when it comes to housing, and if they can't think of these things and only have hindsight, the fucKing politicians are ABSOLUTE FAIL.

I think the tri-cities Hicks should all descend into the core and fucking make a show of it. Their own kids are doomed to move so far away that they'll only be able to visit their folks once a month, whilst a big chunk of richmonders will be flying home on a weekly basis
