Yep. One of the symptoms is sudden death. My high score is 234/120. I should not be alive. But that was then and have been on meds. That said, in my personal experience, getting rid of carbs and all manner of refined sugar has caused it to drop dramatically. The shit they say about salt is plain wrong so definitely have plenty of it, I tend to stay around 3-4g per day.
Doctors will treat the symptoms, but if you want to cure it you need to find your root cause. It's liver function for most people. In my case, my digestive system wasn't working efficiently, toxins were being pushed through the liver multiple times causing fatty liver, causing high blood pressure. Fixed the digestion problems, fixed the liver, fixed the blood pressure. This was accomplished by, clearing with magnesium citrate, liquid plant based diet for 4 weeks, lots of garlic to clear SIBO, celery, pull in animal products per Sten Ekberg's schedule. Your diet / cravings will adjust automatically with changes in gut bacteria.
Olive leaf extract. It will save your life
Beep Beep Beep:)
Yeah, I know that feeling.
My dentist has started surprising me with a blood pressure test once a year.
Fasting will help. My mom who is 65 suffered from HBP for as long as I can remember. It wasn't until I introduced her to fasting, she's off her meds and has lost over 65 lbs. So much healthier and happier in every way.
Try taking magnesium supplements at night and switch your salt to Celtics Grey salt or pink Himalayan salt, lower sodium in them And a good amount of minerals . Regular table salt is toxic. Has anti-caking agents in it as well. Try changing your diet to mostly protein and plant based with healthy fats and complex carbs. Try looking for natural remedies rather than conventional
Try N acetylcysteine. Worked for many people I know. 1200mg a day. In my country I can order it online without issues as it is classified as a dietery suplement. Doctors usually do not know or care about it. My Mother in law was taking blood pressure meds for years. She dropped them after 2 weeks of taking NAC. NAC helps replenish glutathione, arguably your body's most powerful antioxidant. Might help.
Why the fuck is this in /askpoal/? Keep it in one of your shitpost subs...
Yes. I put my shitposts in those subs. I sometimes even ask jewOU to move them if I accidentally them.
