It’s an office job. A new girl starts and her husband tested positive for covid (no symptoms) so now the employer is making everyone get vaccinated or they are not allowed to return to the office. My wife doesn’t want to lose her job, nor is she willing to stand up and say ‘no. This is wrong.’ She is passive and non confrontational like many Women so she is likely going to fold to the pressure and get the jab to keep her job. Any law fags here, is there any legal recourse? What should I do?

Your wife should say she wants to be vaxed but her doctor advised her not to and she chooses not to discuss why. If her employer contacted her doctor or health plan, If the employer asks for a note from her doctor, she should say she doesn't want that in her personnel file. The employer can't demand anything more but can require her to wear a face mask as an alternative to the vax.

Asking about vaccine status would not violate HIPAA but it is possible that other laws could be violated. For instance, requiring employees to disclose additional health information such as the reason why they are not vaccinated could potentially violate federal laws.

If they do require her to wear a mask, get a lawyer and sue for employer creating a hostile work environment due to other employees treating her differently for wearing a mask/being presumptively unvaxxed.

It’s actually not that hard to find a doctor or nurse that “won’t recommend” vaccines etc. Especially if you push concerns or mention “side effects” you’ve seen others or yourself had. I’ve had both doctors and nurses that didn’t recommend them.

Tell her to say she got it, then say they never gave her a card if they ask. My employer didn't even want verification, they just took my word for it. Good luck.

I've not been anywhere near a poison shot shit but I've had many people is southern states say that the drive-up spots weren't providing proof or recording who had had shots a few months back.

The tests don't mean shit. Coronavirus = common cold aka flu. Tell them you will sue them for medical malpractice since they aren't MDs. Tell them you refuse on religious grounds and will sue for religious discrimination.

Politely, but firmly, decline to submit your body to experimental gene therapy distributed under emergency use authority.

Do not threaten to sue, or you'll lose the lawsuit before it even begins.

My step mom got ulcerative colitis from the shot. Nearly the day after.

Just have her keep going to the office until they fire her. They won't. They won't even remember it a week into it.

Important though - Make sure she doesn't make a big deal about it. Basically don't have her say a single word about it. If asked just don't even answer if you have to.

If asked "You have to take the vaccine", just respond with "Oh. Ok." In a way that basically "I understood what you said" (basically I understood that you want me to take it, but you might misinterpet my "Oh. Ok." as I understood what you said and I'll actually do it)

Or you can say "look. I know people who have gotten severe debilitating diseases from the vaccine. It just ain't going to happen."

I don't recommend the second route until you've exhausted the first for up to a couple weeks or more.

DO NOT EVER say that you understand. That literally means to stand under as an authority. Say you comprehend, not understand. If one asks you if you understand, simply affirm that you comprehend what they are saying but never say you "understand" why do you think cops always as this?

But yeah confirm you comprehend but not that you are in agreement with the directive to be complicit in getting the vax. Verbal contracts are binding as much as written. Be careful of what you say and to whom.

Thats literally impossible, it takes months to years to show up. She probably had it dormant and flared after the immune reaction from the drug. Im pretty sure I got mine from childhood vaccines but it didn't show up till a decade later.

Ya well she’s got 11 stools a day and can’t control it since the day of the vaccine. No blood yet (that I know of) but like you said it takes months to a year to fully develop.

Im saying shes had it undiagnosed before she got the vaxx, Ulcerative Colitis doesn't happen in 24 hours.

Have UC, no inflammation >> Get vaxxine >> Immune system goes to shit >> UC flares up from inflammation.

She also really needs to go to a doctor because it can kill her. She needs an endoscopy and a colonoscopy ASAP.

If its actually UC disease she can smoke ciggarettes (1-2 a day) as treatment, but not if its Crohns (will actually make Crohns worse). A light blend like Marlboro Gold would do.

Pretty much all religious based exemptions can be obtained with a letter from your religious leader, pastor etc. Go church shopping until you find one that will give it.

Not all states require a letter, but I believe all that give the exemption will use that as the “highest and guarantable evidence”. Basically if you are allowed a religious exemption in your state, and you have that letter and they still deny you, they better be ready to lawyer up.

This is just on paper. It's an option to those that can't get a disability that excuses them from the jab in employment situations. Your own religion may not provide written exemption, and this man for a few shekels will . Another poster suggested stating you got it and lost your vax card and that no one will check. That is the best option if it works.

Don't take my words for it, but if his employer coerces her to take a vaccine and something ANYTHING turns wrong as a result, the employer is liable

I've learned that a friend of mine lost his mother last month. One day after she received the second pfizer shot. Of course, medics play pretend there's nothing to see here. It's just a fucking coincidence right?

Tell her to say no, if they fire her then get a decent lawyer that might take the case only if it wins like for worker compensation cases. They cannot force her to take it and if she's been a good employee then she might have a case.

She can also find a place that is smart and gives no fucks about the lethal injection and just pay her like this is fake and don't demand she forfeits her life for a likely low paid job as in less than 50k a year.

I wouldn't take the shot and find a new job myself and drag it on as long as possible.
