This diet was composed of :

"9 And you, take for yourself wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and spelt, and you have put them in one vessel, and made them for bread for yourself ; the number of the days that you are lying on your side — three hundred and ninety days — you eat it. 10 And your food that you eat [is] by weight, twenty shekels daily ; from time to time you eat it. 11 And you drink water by measure, a sixth part of the hin ; from time to time you drink [it]. 12 And you eat it [as] barley-cake, and it with dung — the filth of man — you bake before their eyes."" Ezekiel 4:9-12

1 shekel = 36~46 = "twenty shekels" would be equivalent to 220-280 grams. 1 hin = 5 liters = "sixth part of the hin" would be equivalent to 833 milliliters.

About "dung" in the text, which was a man's, and was replaced by a cow's, it means dry manure used as fuel, like such in places with difficult access to wood or coal like Mongolia, for example.

Now about the food itself, they will be multi grain small cakes, from time to time a day. Let's forget for a moment the amount, which obviously little, but let's stick to the diet itself, what do you think of such a diet ?

It was a literal slave diet for nigger tier peasants which is perfect for you. If you eat anything other than this you deserve to be whipped.

Sounds like crap to me.

It was not meant to be a diet people followed. It was a sign of punishment. I don't want to eat "bread of affliction".

You've heard of bread and water as a punishment?

There's a reason it's a punishment diet.
