This was written for Bill Clinton in 1996 by an ex KGB officer who later became an advisor to Obama and sent this to HRC while she was running against trump.
It says that Kissinger was the head of the CFR and bilderberg groups and was subsequently leader of the USA and the world.
In section 3.3 it goes onto describe the propaganda and mind control systems they have in place to herd the sheeple and punish dissent.
This should have been enough to get them all hanged years ago. It's blatant treason.
This is the Russian they don't want you knowing about. This is the collusion they blamed on Trump.
