This is all new information to me but I can take a pretty accurate guess I think.
So see, one nigger asked the other nigger for some money but the nigger did not want to make the exchange. So the asking nigger said he had a shiney rock in his shoe that was worth so so much and he could own it as long as it stayed in his shoe.
Then, as time passed because he had given his money away for a shiney rock he did not have possession of, he had to go to a new nigger for money but at first it didn't work, so he had to sell him the item he owned but didn't control. He did use alot of hand gestures and fancy motions to explain to him how nice and shiney the rock was and ended up getting a good amount of money. And the cycle repeated.
Then when the somewhat smart niggers started noticing what was going on, they began making bets that very soon everyone would discover the rock wouldn't exist. So they began betting on how shiney the rock may be, or if the rock did not exist at all.
I don't personally believe this to be true because it only works if niggers have money or some of them are a bit smart which is likely not the case at this point in time.
