Airlines are requiring it for newhire pilots. They are paying existing pilots to get it voluntarily. At one major airline, unjabbed pilots are taken off certain trips without pay and are marked as unavailable to work during those days. Both pilots I know got the jab as soon as they could. At the time, neither airline was requiring it, it was their own choice.

Some airlines are looking to block people from flying with their airlines due to the blod clot risk associated with receiving the COVID19 vaccine (jab ad it is being called colloquially). Blod clots on planes at high altitudes are known to be deadly. What OP is pondering is if pilots who have received the jabs are being allowed to fly or not.
Oh shit yeah I am behind, last I heard we were worried about being required to get the vaccine to fly, the tables have turned rather dramatically on this one…

blood clot risk is higher when flying, combined with blood clot risk of the mrna jab, doesn't sound like a good idea for pilots.
