They were probably the cheapest source. But they needed to be taught what to do by a White guy first.

They say the first heart transplant was performed by a nigger, but it was actually performed by 2 actual (not jew or hispanic) Whites. There was a nigger present, but he was an assistant who only handed them the requested tools that took the place of a nurse because it was cheaper than getting a White female.
