Women over 30

So I could use a little advice I'm probably going to get a lot of flack for this but my life is stagnant right now As a woman over 30 I know the odds of finding a decent man are pretty slim and the odds of having a child as I'm past my prime are pretty much nonexistent. Honestly it kinda hurts knowing I let MSM brainwash me into thinking I had time. I looked into adoption but a friend who is a social worker told me that they won't give you a white baby, they force interracial adoptions so forget that. I feel unfulfilled and like I failed as a human. Advice appreciated. Edit: i am single because for the past 10 years i've been taking care of my elderly grandparents to keep them out of a nursing home. I also have a physical limp so that in itself is a deterrent.
