They are outcast from society, so it's blowback. They are flaunting who they are in society's face, if you talk to them they're actually cool dudes hardened by the fact that it's difficult to so much as go to the supermarket.

I don't understand your point that men have to have hair, I don't think that's degenerate. Many military shave soldier's heads, degenerates generally have retarded looking hair. 90% of male hair salons are staffed by faggots.
