Like what common foods are the absolute worst and shouldn't be eaten? Like prepackaged food, how bad is that stuff?

Examples of prepackaged food would be:

  • Frozen Vegetables
  • Meat shipped in from outside the local areas
  • Canned vegetables
  • Cereal
  • Bread from outside the area

I've heard of that, buying an animal and having it butchered for you

That's what we do. If you can, start hunting, deer meat is great.

In South, I think you can hunt boars too right? We don't have those up here.

Yes but it's better to trap them and feed them for a week or to. It makes the meat way tastier

Ha. The boar is probably thinking this is great! I don't have to rummage for food! Two weeks later... "Oh Shit!".

That's neat. I just did a quick search on that, I didn't realize people were trapping them like that.
