Like what common foods are the absolute worst and shouldn't be eaten? Like prepackaged food, how bad is that stuff?

Examples of prepackaged food would be:

  • Frozen Vegetables
  • Meat shipped in from outside the local areas
  • Canned vegetables
  • Cereal
  • Bread from outside the area

What foods are safe/good to eat?

None of that stuff is unsafe.

When I think of prepackage foods, I think of canned ravioli or boxed stuffing, things like that which are very high in salt. That isn't really good for you, but I don't think I'd go as far to say it is unsafe.

What would you recommend all us of to eat then? What foods are better than the canned stuff and other examples I listed?

It really depends on how much effort you want to put into it and how much willpower you have.

I believe in "farm to table", but it isn't always possible. Buying an animal from a respected farm or buying one from your county fair are great options. Get local produce when in season.

Eat oats for breakfast, add some nuts or peanut butter powder. Eat lots of vegetables, fresh or frozen.

There are plenty of ways to eat healthy. Paying attention to the labels is a good first step. It's surprising to me, but I've found that a lot people don't look at nutritional labels when making buying decisions.

I don't eat as healthy as I should, but I do make an effort.

Frozen and canned vegetables are both fine, recent study said no appreciable loss of nutrients.

Bread and cereal are the carbohydrates jew, lol (ketofag here). Better carbs come from vegetables.

Meats are a hard one because they're almost all processed by meatpacking plants which have FDA oversight but still mexiniggers work them. I think the important part of meat and dairy choices is to get products from animals that were well taken care of (low/no antibiotics hormones and low stress conditions), they will taste better and be healthier.

If you're in the South or have a Publix near you, get meat from them. Their meat is the absolute best

Edit: Why are bread and cereal bad? Any specific reason? Why are the carbs bad in those but not the vegetables? And what vegetables are good for carbs?

You want whole grain breads. It has to do with

It's not hard to butcher your own meat then you know what you're eating. For larger animals you can pay to get it butchered.

I've heard of that, buying an animal and having it butchered for you

None of that is unsafe per se... just keep in mind how much of a soyboy/fatass you want to become before eating it.
