Fun fact, if your cat ever shows their belly to you it’s a submissive action and seen as a sign of trust. If your cat ever does this do not take the bait amd touch their belly, it’s seen as a violation of that trust because cata do that when they play and touching their belly is akin to attacking a vulnerable part of their body.

Pet them around the belly.
