The real problem in the USA is the whole legal and social system to support marriage has been broken down and been replaced with multiple systems designed to destroy a woman's interest in maintaining a marriage. So in that environment if you want kids maybe simply hire a surrogate. It's really gotten that bad. Women simply go to sperm banks.
