See this is difficult because I think the original constitution was pretty damn clear, but even back then some didn't think it was strong enough and added bill of rights even though the theory is that governments don't "grant" rights, they exist to protect the divinely-granted rights that men have always had.

SCOTUS has been asleep at the wheel for generations.

  • Remove the phrase "promote the general welfare"
  • Make the second amendment clearer, constitutional carry as a standard.
  • Outlaw the Feds from withholding funds based on what laws a state has; example forcing states to change the drinking age to 21 to receive highway funds.
  • Language to stop the commerce clause from being used as a catch all for Federal control
  • Redistribution of wealth cannot take place via state/federal tax code or by any federal law.

And

  • The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

What is so hard to understand?

Term limits and protection for weapons that have fully automatic and burst fire functions along with armored vehicles

Edit: Constitutional open and concealed carry. Weapon registries are to be a felony. Florida has it in their state constitution

Government can only due what is explicitly state by this document.

Or

No government it causes more harm than good. I learned some stuff about medical licensing today and holy shit none of these people are doing their jobs, like not even a little.
