I used to be severely addicted. After I got married I never looked at it again, other than the crap all over the web you get bombarded with through ads and user posts which is mostly just softcore pornography. The hardest part is changing my worldview where I don't see women and automatically switch to sexual interpretations. It's challenging. For a former porn addict it's like trying to look at someone's face and try not to notice their nose or mouth. Especially with the way women dress today.
