Closest I can find is that evidently Boris Epshteyn said it on War Room with Bannon.

Prep, get in shape, shoot, learn skills, spread the word, attend White-owned businesses, assist White people and only White people, and so on. It takes decades to build a good movement. Decades of striving, unrelenting effort.
