Closest I can find is that evidently Boris Epshteyn said it on War Room with Bannon.

If the audit comes up short there’s going to be rioting. I personally hope every single politician gets hung in the streets for it. It would be glorious to hear them beg for their lives after irreparably destroying ours. I don’t think they understand how many people are paying attention now.
