If I see someone going faster than me coming up from behind on a mountain road I will pull out as soon as safely possible. But if they start getting aggressive and tailgating they're going to wait a very long time behind me, or be forced to pass over double yellows. If I'm in the city on the interstate and someone starts riding my ass when there's lanes on the left to pass they're gonna get a brake check or the "I don't know why my car only goes 35 on the interstate." Remember it's not a brake check if the seat belts don't lock.
