No, I am not allowed to go 100mph. But if I was, and you didn't move over, you'd be guilty of a crime.
I dont buy that at all.
You are welcome to look it up. It is a real law with real consequences. Like another said in this thread. It is its own traffic infraction, regardless of any traffic infraction another has committed.
But let's get away from the extremes.
Let's say you're doing 72 in a 70. I'm going 78. Are you legally obliged to move over?
You are fucking retarded LMFAO
no, anything over the speed limit negates your entire argument, it's called the "limit" for a reason
if you rear ended someone who was driving 71 in a 70, you are charged, not him...fucking retard
Thats fair. I was thinking of doing 70 in a 55
Thats because you are a retarded nigger with no self awareness.
He is correct
Move over where? It's a 2 lane highway. Not 4 lanes with 2 lanes on each side.
I would say the exception is he is actively passing vehicles to the right of him. If that is the case, then he cannot safely move over to the right, also his car is different than yours and may not be able to go 100 mph as well.
Now if he is hoggin the passing lane, different story. There is a different case for every situation.
Overall, I wish German autobahn driving became the norm world wide.
It's an infraction, not a crime. Driving 20 over is a crime.
