Most people who claim to want the small simple quiet life have no idea what it takes to first earn and set up that life and then secondly to maintain it.
Of the small percentage that have thought about it long enough to understand just how much work it takes only a small percentage of those are willing to put that work in.
Its not the life for lazy or dependent types.
What does it take? My grandpa and my dad both achieved it. All they did was get normal jobs and work. Nothing special. The economy just wasn't complete garbage and the world wasn't pozzed as fuck. The boomers and gen x probably had the last opportunity to live decent, normal lives. It's naive and ridiculous to look at how fucked the world is right now and think you can still make it if you just try hard enough, or some shit.

When the reality of what it actually takes to change your entire life and lifestyle hits, most people don't follow through.
It's doable but you have to want it. You have to commit to it and you have to do the right things day after day, year after year.
And last but not least, you can still make it but not with that attitude. When you live with that attitude you miss opportunities the universe puts in front of you.
Every generation gets their opportunities. Some got the housing boom. Some got the it boom.

Like I said, most normal people just did normal things: got a labor job, worked hard, saved money. Now that formula doesn't work as well. Now you have to move far away from your home and/or go through years of temp/part time work with low-pay and no benefits to attempt to get near what our parents/grandparents could do out of the gate.
If you refuse to acknowledge the changes that have happened to the world, and how they affect millions of people, then why even bother being a white nationalist or anything?
