I didn't say he was great. I'm just saying he's not the cause of the financial situation during his term.

He really did not do much to fix the issues.

I don't think Presidents have a lot of power in that regard. That's all on the Fed.

As far as the stuff they have power over, none of the Presidents from Johnson to Obama did anything about immigration except boost it.
