ya the irs told me the software i used screwed up and sent me another check .. could have been my fault. i spend less than 8 minutes doing my taxes and also did them in Feb, so the check they sent was in march or april

Could it be the 600 or 1400 they were supposed to mail to you, but they didn't? Maybe they didn't know where to mail it until you did your taxes.
