You can see beyond the visible light spectrum? Hear frequencies above 22,000hz? Your frail little body exists in this narrow spectrum of energy, so by simple logic one should realize how little of the world they experience. Then consider that your body only lasts ~90 years when the world is many orders of magnitude older. Just thinking about that should make it plainly obvious that reality is far removed from your comprehension. To understand reality, you must understand all, the whole, impossible to do in one lifetime, with the limited perception at your disposal. Perception that is prone to illusions at that. But you can feel that reality, you are a part of it, just as you are of your parents but you are not them, so too are you of this world but you are not the world. You are a reflection, your mind that you identify with is a reflection of that reality. See? The more you talk the less you understand, so don't think, feel! These words are like a finger pointing at the moon, don't focus on the finger or you'll miss what it is pointing at.
