I can't tell you how to feel, you have to do that on your own, and when you feel fully without thoughts clouding your way. Just feel, surrender to the feeling, then you'll know. People ask why I race, why I drive, I can't explain it in words, but when people get in the car with me they understand. They get the feeling, they sense the same feeling I get, after that, the question is never asked again, because they understand. Feeling what you feel without naming it, without label is very difficult, the mind always wants to get in the way, and if you tell the mind to go away it doesn't, it comes back with a vengeance. Every thought is a deed, to feel without deed is to do without doing, that is the path to mastery.
