It's an important question. If the "Right To Try Act" was later used to justify this rollout of experimental mRNA injections, that would suggest the possibility that the creation of the legislation was related to foreknowledge of the vaccine rollout.

However, if there is nothing in the legislation which was used to enable the unapproved mRNA injection rollout then we can conclude that the purpose was just the face value - to allow people more flexibility for the drugs they choose to try when terminally ill.

It's not a legal thing to be forcibly injected with poisons. Rifle when they approach your door. This isn't a democracy anymore after the communist installation of two hated fools manipulated by two rich ones.
