Mixed breed is lumped into one category. If you are a mutt, blame your parents and you go into the mutt-ethno state.

Pure breds only. How many of poalrs would be in the same ethno-state? Or even fit into one? If your heritage is German and French... you are a mutt.

If lines are being drawn, lets draw them. If Italians are included as "white" so are Indians. If you do it by phenotype mapping. If you do it by shade of skin, you include many desert tribes.

As I've said before, it's not ONE ethnostate, it's MANY with all and inbetween. Stop trying to frame it as all or nothing, because like everything else, it's not that simple.
