Ethno states have pros and cons just like any state system. The issue is cultural differences and genetic differences. An ethnic state minimizes conflicts based on those, and strengthens the genetic and cultural differences that set your peoples apart. If the vast majority of your people have the same genetic background with the same cultural background you can work towards the goals that are important to your people. There are less cultural conflicts, a lower array of genetic issues, and a more homogenous society in general. There are smart black people. There are kind Arabs. There are shitty honkeys. There are all kinds of people that are exceptions to the rules, but they are *exceptions*. It's OK for Africa to be a communal elder based tribal stick hut society. That's fine. Let them. If that's what they want or what they are capable of why try to interfere? The problems arise from when we try to deny our differences and say everyone is the same and force inclusivity and equity. It always destroys your highest achievers and brings everyone down to the lowest level. Ethnostates minimize that.
