He is talking about the Japanese distribution story. Instead of describing it, he tries to mislead us about what they have done and what are the results. They don't have injected a tiny amount of vaccine into the shoulder muscles of rats and found out that it escaped into the ovaries. They pumped rats full with vaccines because they wanted to provoke the distribution of the vaccines to see at which organs they have to look at in humans. An Israeli study is now doing exactly that. I haven't continued to listen because this expert has an agenda - as almost all experts these days.
