Quad9's with DNSSEC blocks catbox.moe. Was using that. It's one of the easily available options when installing Pihole, so I didn't think much of it until I noticed I couldn't get to that site.

Yeah If I were to use a DNS program I would not be letting the general public know. Feds love to troll too OP (not saying you are one).

I don't care about yall's personal DNS servers. I just need new upstream providers. 's recommendation for FreeDNS is probably my best bet.

I'd really prefer some providers that support DNSSEC with no logging like FreeDNS, though.

I don't know, but virtexxa might have DNSSEC extensions installed on their FreeDNS, you could write and ask them.
