You know what, that’s a brilliant idea. I’ve heard that the local power washing guys are complete tools as well, I don’t imagine it would take much to get their contracts. Both of those things are recurring needs as well.
General handyman could come later. I do have quite a bit of tools already and wouldn’t mind buying more. Thank you, seriously.

The big bucks in power washing comes from corporate contracts. You will get paid for cleaning the feces from the asphalt in 7-Eleven parking lots at 2 AM. You’re going to need a crew of folks that doesn’t mind that type of work. Have fun with those characters.
Someone already mentioned that you’re going to do best starting a business in a field that you have already worked in. What is your past work experience? If you’re too young to have much work experience let’s figure out what you’re gonna do for the next two years to get that work experience before you open your own business.
